Connect Healthie appointment activity to Ours Privacy with a webhook source. When Healthie sends an appointment notification, the appointment details you authorize are available to map into your event schema.

Before You Start

• A Healthie API key that can read appointments.
• Permission to configure Healthie webhooks.
• The appointment outcomes you want to measure, such as booked, completed, cancelled, or no-show visits.

Set Up the Source

1. In Ours Privacy, open Sources and create a Healthie source.
2. Enter the Healthie API key, then publish the source.
3. Copy the source webhook URL.
4. In Healthie, create a webhook that sends the appointment notifications you need to that URL.
5. Create or update a test appointment. When Ours Privacy receives it, open the source to review the available fields.
6. Map the appointment status and identifiers to the Standard Healthcare Events you use for reporting.

Map Appointment Outcomes

Use the appointment status sent by Healthie to create consistent reporting events:

• Booked or confirmed appointment: appointment_booked or appointment_confirmed
• Completed visit: appointment_completed
• No-show: appointment_no_show
• Cancelled appointment: appointment_cancelled
• Rescheduled appointment: appointment_rescheduled

Include a stable appointment ID and only the patient, provider, and scheduling fields your measurement workflow requires. Review your mappings and destination permissions before publishing them.

Troubleshooting

If fields do not appear after a test appointment:

1. Confirm that the Healthie webhook uses the URL for the published source.
2. Confirm that the API key can read the referenced appointment.
3. Send another test appointment notification and review the source's recent events.
4. Check that the mapped status values match the Healthie values used by your organization.
