Open Destinations in app

Use this page to connect Ours Privacy to FullContact. Once connected, Ours Privacy enriches a visitor's profile with additional contact, demographic, and professional data whenever that visitor's email is known — so you can build richer segments and personalize more effectively.

Before you start

• A FullContact account with access to the Person Enrich API.
• A FullContact API key (created in the FullContact dashboard under Settings → API Keys).
• Visitors with a captured email address — FullContact uses email as the primary match key, so enrichment only runs once an email is known.

Setup

1. Open your Destinations and add FullContact.
2. Paste your FullContact API Key into the destination settings.
3. Confirm the Email mapping is set — it is required. Optionally map First Name and Last Name to improve match rate.
4. Choose which visitor events should trigger enrichment (typically after a visitor provides their email).

Once a matched visitor is enriched, the appended data becomes available when configuring mappings to your other destinations.

Key considerations

• Enrichment runs only for visitors with a known email address.
• If FullContact has no match for a visitor, no data is appended — this is expected and not an error.
• API rate limits and costs depend on your FullContact plan.
• Data freshness and accuracy vary based on FullContact's data sources.
