Universal Ads Destination
Send server-side conversion events to Universal Ads (Comcast / NBCUniversal) to measure how your premium CTV campaigns drive purchases, sign-ups, and other conversions.

Use this page to connect Ours Privacy to Universal Ads, Comcast and NBCUniversal's premium CTV ad platform. Each conversion you forward is attributed against your Universal Ads campaigns, so you can measure how streaming impressions drive purchases, sign-ups, and other outcomes.
Before you start
- A Universal Ads account with API access enabled.
- A Pixel ID from the Universal Ads platform, for the property you want to track.
- An API Key issued by your Universal Ads partnerships contact. Treat it like a password.
Setup
- Sign in to the Universal Ads platform and copy your Pixel ID from the pixel configuration.
- Request or retrieve your API Key from your Universal Ads partnerships contact.
- In Ours Privacy, add the Universal Ads destination and paste both values into the destination settings.
- Connect at least one identity field — email, phone, IP and user agent, or a stable external ID — so Universal Ads can match conversions to its CTV household graph.
- Configure your event mappings. Map each of your events to one of the Universal Ads conversion types —
purchase,add_to_cart,page_view,sign_up,lead, and more. The full list is shown in the mapping UI.
