Exporting a CSV
Download an Ours Privacy audience as a CSV in one of three formats: all fields for internal use, or hashed and formatted for Google Ads or Meta.

Important: A downloaded CSV leaves every control Ours Privacy has. Read Compliance for audiences before uploading one anywhere.
Running an export
- Save the audience. It needs a name and at least one condition.
- Press Export CSV.
- Choose a format and press Export.
Large exports take a few minutes. You can close the dialog and collect the file later from Recent Exports.
Formats
All Fields. Every visitor column with raw values. For CRM uploads, warehouse loads, and analysis. It is the only format containing raw email addresses, so it is the one to be most careful with.
Google Ads Format. Email, phone, name, country, and ZIP, hashed and formatted for a Customer Match upload.
Facebook Ads Format. Email, phone, name, location, date of birth, and gender, hashed and formatted for a Meta customer list upload.
Row counts
The ad platform formats report how many rows matched the audience and how many had matchable data, meaning an email or phone. Rows without one are left out of the file, because no platform could match them.
4,102 of 38,540 rows had matchable data is not an error. It means most of that audience has no identifier, and the fix is in your data collection or your conditions. Adding an Email is not null condition surfaces this in Preview instead.
File name and recent exports
Every file is named after the audience's Export Name plus the date, so a CSV that gets forwarded or attached to a ticket never carries a description of who is in it.
Completed exports stay under Recent Exports for a limited time, after which you run the export again. If a download link stops working, press Download again rather than reusing the old one. You can also export several audiences at once from the audience list.
Prefer syncing when you can
A CSV is a snapshot. A sync re-evaluates the audience daily and handles removals according to the destination. See Audience Destinations.
