Asking About Analytics
Explore your insights, journeys, heatmaps, experiments, and consent rates with the Ours Privacy AI Assistant: spot what changed, follow the paths behind it, and ask why, in plain language.
Use this page to explore your analytics with the AI Assistant. Ask about Insights, Journeys, heatmaps, experiments, and consent in plain language, spot what changed, and understand why, without building a report first.
Spot what changed
Ask for a comparison and the assistant builds it for you: this month against last, one service line against another, one office against the rest. It works from the same events that power Insights.
- "Compare appointment requests this month with last month by service line."
- "Which offices drove the jump in online bookings compared with last month?"
- "Week over week for the last 8 weeks, how have quiz completions compared with consults booked?"
Looking at a dashboard? Ask about the numbers on any tile, such as "appointment requests by week for the last 8 weeks", and keep digging from there.
Follow the path
Find out what people do before and after the moments that matter, and where intake stalls.
- "What do people do right after they complete the eligibility quiz?"
- "What do visitors view before they request a consult?"
See how people use your pages
Open the assistant from a heatmap and it starts from what you are looking at, dates, filters, and device included. Ask where visitors click, where they get frustrated, and how far they read.
- "Where are mobile visitors rage-clicking on the knee-replacement page?"
- "How far do visitors scroll on the spine surgery page before they leave?"
- "Which pages get the most clicks this month?"
Read your experiments
Ask whether a test is ready to call, how each variant is trending, and what the results mean for your goals. From an experiment's page, "this experiment" is the one on your screen.
- "Is it safe to call a winner on the consultation CTA experiment?"
- "How has the winning variant's conversion rate moved day by day?"
- "Explain the results for the primary goal of this experiment."
Understand consent
See how visitors respond to your consent banner and how that is moving over time.
- "How did the opt-in rate change this quarter compared with last?"
- "Compare opt-ins and opt-outs on our patient site over the last seven days."
Get sharper answers
Name the event, the time range, and the comparison you want. "Booked appointments, last 30 days, compared with the previous 30" gets a sharper answer than "how are bookings doing?" When an answer opens a new question, ask it as a follow-up in the same conversation.
Next Steps
- Dashboards: keep the metrics you ask about on one board.
- Insights: save a comparison as a report your team can reopen.
- Journeys: see the full paths around an event.
- Reviewing your setup: ask about destinations, mappings, consent, and scans.
