Get Started
- Choose what you want to track. Start with an outcome that matters to your team, such as an appointment being booked or a patient completing a visit.
- Review the Standard Healthcare Events guide. Use it to choose the event names and information you want to send to Ours Privacy.
- Contact the Ours Privacy team. Contact your account representative for a Canvas Medical plugin starting point. Share the events you want to track and whether you want to connect them to website activity for attribution. Your technical team installs and maintains the plugin in your Canvas instance.
