Use this page to install the Ours Privacy Web SDK on a Weebly site.

Weebly supports a site-wide header code field, so this is a no-code install.

Steps to Integrate Ours Privacy with Weebly

1. Copy your install snippet

Copy your install snippet from the Install Ours page.

2. Add the snippet to your header code

1. In the Weebly editor, open Settings.
2. Go to SEO.
3. Paste your snippet into the Header Code field.
4. Save.

Weebly's own documentation sometimes suggests the footer code field instead. Use header code so tracking initializes before the rest of your page scripts and the first page view is not missed.

3. Publish and verify

1. Publish your site. Weebly changes do not go live until you publish.
2. Open your live site, not the editor preview.
3. Open the browser console to check for script errors.
4. In your Ours Privacy account, check Recent Events to confirm page views are arriving.

Square Online

Weebly's ecommerce product is now sold as Square Online, and its editor differs from the classic Weebly editor. Look for the code or tracking option under the site's settings rather than under SEO.

On plans that do not expose a code field, custom scripts cannot be added, and the Web SDK cannot be installed until the site is on a plan that allows it.

Track Custom Events

Add an Embed Code element to a page and call ours('track', ...):

ours('track', 'Form Submitted', { form_name: 'contact_us' });
