Fullstory Destination
Send approved Ours Privacy events to Fullstory for product analysis while retaining control over the data shared with Fullstory.
Use this page to connect Ours Privacy to Fullstory. Forward the events you select for product analysis while controlling the data shared with Fullstory.
Before You Start
- A Fullstory account with access to create a Server API key.
- A Fullstory API key that can send Server API events.
- The events and properties you want to allow through Ours Privacy.
Setup
- Open Destinations in Ours Privacy and add Fullstory.
- In Fullstory, create an API key for Server API event delivery.
- Paste the API key into the Fullstory API Key setting and save the destination.
- Configure the event and user mappings. Use a stable authenticated user ID when you need activity from multiple browsers or devices to be associated with the same Fullstory user.
- Choose the allowed events and publish your Ours Privacy version.
Event Types
You can forward events such as Account Created, Appointment Requested, Checkout Completed, Form Submitted, Subscription Started, and more. See the full list in the app when configuring your mappings.
What This Integration Does Not Include
Fullstory features that depend on its browser SDK are not reproduced by this server-side destination:
- Session recordings and session replay.
- Heatmaps.
- Autocapture of clicks, form changes, and page interactions.
- Other browser-SDK-generated session and page data.
You can use Fullstory's browser SDK alongside this destination when those features are needed. Ours Privacy continues to forward the approved events configured for this destination.
