Salesforce Integration

With this integration, you can send events and update contacts in Salesforce. This is a semi-custom destination that will be implemented for you.

Overview

This feature lets you configure Salesforce as a destination to send events and update contact information in your Salesforce instance.

Note: If you're looking to send data from Salesforce to Ours Privacy (getting data into the Ours Privacy platform from Salesforce), please see our Salesforce Source Integration instead.

Requirements

• A Salesforce account
• Contact your account manager to enable this destination

Setup

To get started with Salesforce as a destination:

1. Contact your account manager to enable Salesforce as a destination for your account
2. Your account manager will work with you to configure the integration
3. Once enabled, you can configure Salesforce as a destination in your Ours Privacy settings
