Filter and drill down

How to filter Ours Privacy Channel Performance data by date, conversion event, attribution model, and lookback window. Drill into campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

Filter and drill down

The Performance tab has several controls for narrowing data to specific channels, campaigns, or time windows.

Date range

  • Use the date picker in the top-right of the Performance tab to select a custom range.
  • Maximum range: 60 days. Select more than 60 days and you'll see an error asking you to narrow your range. For periods longer than 60 days, run separate queries for each window and compare them side by side.
  • The default range on first load is the last 30 days.

Conversion event

The event selector (in the Filters card) determines which conversion goal the entire table is measuring against.

  • Only events you have configured in the Conversion Events tab appear here.
  • Changing the event reloads the table and summary cards for that goal.

Attribution model and lookback window

Both controls are in the Filters card, below the date picker row.

  • Changes take effect at once, no page reload needed.
  • For definitions of each model and window, see Understand your metrics.

Drilling into campaigns

The Channels table has four expandable levels. Click the arrow on any row to expand one level deeper.

LevelExample
ChannelGoogle Ads / Paid Search
CampaignSummer Wellness Campaign
Ad Set (Ad Group in Google Ads)Orthopedics — Knee Pain
AdKnee Pain Ad 1

Every level shows all metrics: spend, visits, conversions, CPL, ROAS, quality score. Totals at the channel level sum all campaigns within that channel for the selected date range.

Quality score as a ranking tool

Channels recalculates quality score on every query, ranking channels relative to each other within the current filter set. Filter to only paid channels and the scores reflect efficiency among those paid channels only.

Use quality score to identify which channels are over- or under-performing relative to your current mix. For absolute numbers, use ROAS, CPL, and conversion counts directly.
